Products


Drainpipes are made out of PVC, PP or PE with a diameter from 50 - 200 mm. The flexible corrugated drainpipes are perforated through out the whole circumference to allow the entrance of the water. Pipes with the diameter from 50 - 65 mm are used as suction-medium and the bigger ones with a diameter of 80-200 mm are for collecting the water. The pipes are buried 80 -120 cm under the ground and with a gradient from 0,25 - 1,00 %.

Dependent on the condition of the soil (water permeability, structural constitution, pore size, etc.) drainpipes are covered with natural or synthetic filters, which are used to prevent the access of the particles from the surrounding soil and to increase the hydraulic power.

The filter types are measured according to the 090-graduation. The Basis of this measurement is the pore size of the coating. The 090-range describes the typical pore size of the filter (coating). 90 % of the surrounding earth is held back and only max. 10 % may access through the filter material. In specific applications a filter with a low 090-range can close earlier than one with a higher 090-range.



PP450 Filter

Description the drainpipe is covered with a seamless 6mm polypropylene fiber coating. Through the choice of fiber diameter, the pore size of the filter can be matched up with the grain size of the soil. The fiber does not rot.




PP700 Filter

PE1000 Filter

Coir/PP - Filter

Description the drainpipe is covered with a 10 mm seamless coir- and polypropylene fiber coating. Through the choice of fiber diameter, the pore size of the filter can be matched up with the grain size of the soil. The coir fiber is degradable.



Coir - Filter

Description the drainpipe is covered with a 10 mm seamless coir- fiber coating. The outstanding feature is the capability of constantly hydraulic and mechanical filtering. The coir fiber is degradable.




Straw - Filter

Description the drainpipe is covered with an appr. 2 mm fleece/geotextile (150g/m²). The fleece does not rot.
